Therapist

I provide therapy for children, adolescents, and adults who are experiencing life stressors, stage of life changes, or who have complex behavioral health issues. I work hard to be an affirming therapist and to be inclusive of individuals with developmental or gender identity issues. I utilize affirming practice techniques, compassion therapy techniques, psychoeducation, trauma-informed care for adults, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for children and adolescents, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques for all ages.

 

Education and Training

I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Social Work from Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL, and a Master Specialty Practice certification in Leadership in Executive and Administrative Development in Social Work.
