MEET THE TEAM
Dr. Martinsen diagnoses psychiatric and behavioral health conditions, makes treatment recommendations, and provides medication management for clients of all ages. He is also the Clinical Clerkship Director for the University of North Dakota Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Science. Dr. Martinsen received his doctorate degree from the University of North Dakota.
Dr. Weber provides psychological assessment and therapy services to clients of all ages who have a variety of emotional, behavioral, and social needs. She specializes in assessing mood disorders, ADHD, personality disorders, and learning disorders. Dr. Weber received her Master’s degree at the University of North Dakota, followed by her doctoral education and psychological training at the University of Denver.
Tammy provides outpatient diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and behavioral health conditions, as well as medication management to clients of all ages. She earned her Family Nurse Practitioner Certification from Clarkson College and her Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Master’s degree from the University of North Dakota.
Fabiola diagnoses and treats behavioral health conditions, manages psychiatric medications, and makes treatment recommendations for all ages. She comes to Dakota Family Services with prior outpatient mental health experience. Fabiola earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Spring Arbor University, Spring Arbor, MI. She believes in helping each individual according to his/her different needs.
Darlene facilitates behavioral health care for clients by providing assessments and monitoring behavioral health conditions for clients of all ages. She completed her LPN Associate Degree at North Dakota State College of Science, and her RN Associate Degree at Williston State College. Darlene earned her Certification of Gerontological Nursing through American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Carissa works closely with Dr. Weber to administer and score psychological tests for outpatient clients. Carissa transitioned to psychometry from a career in higher education and student services and is currently pursuing a master's degree in Counseling.
