Mahalia Cruz Joins Dakota Family Services in Fargo

Mahalia Cruz recently joined Dakota Family Services, an outpatient behavioral health clinic, as Clinic Director.

In her role as Clinic Director at Dakota Family Services, Mahalia Cruz oversees a dedicated and experienced team of mental health professionals (psychologists, psychometrists, therapists, and patient services specialists) committed to providing best-in-class outpatient mental health care through clinics in Minot and Fargo, North Dakota.

Mahalia earned her bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration and an MBA with a Healthcare Specialization from the University of Mary.  She credits University of Mary for her commitment to Servant Leadership.

Prior to her role as Clinic Director, Mahalia was a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and gained diverse experience working within long term care, social services, and finance.  Mahalia has always been an advocate for dedicating time, resources, and commitment to vulnerable populations.

Mahalia is a proud mom to her daughter, Piper, who she absolutely loves and adores. Being Piper’s mom is one of her greatest accomplishments and most rewarding blessings.  Aside from her daughter, her faith is her focus and firm foundation.  Mahalia loves to read, try new foods, and take short trips.
