About the Hosts

Christy Wilkie provides therapy for children and adolescents, ages 5-25, who have complex behavioral health issues. She combines her extensive clinical expertise with a belief in kids, and has a unique ability to find and develop their strengths.

Lucas Mitzel provides therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, ages 5 - 30. He believes that building relationships with his patients is the most important factor in successful therapy. Lucas has the honor of meeting people at their worst, all while watching them grow into the people they’ve always wanted to be.
