Meet Jenika Rufer
Therapist
I provide therapy for adolescents and adults. I am a relational person and strive to help clients recognize the role of relationships in their well-being. I use a variety of therapy techniques in my work with patients, including cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. My patients know themselves best—I am along on their journey to help illuminate their strengths and guide them as they navigate barriers to mental health.
Education and Training
I earned my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from North Dakota State University.
