Shelby Schweigert recently joined Dakota Family Services, an outpatient behavioral health clinic, as the Clinic Director.
As Clinic Director, Shelby focuses on planning, developing, managing, and overseeing quality outpatient mental health care clinic operations and services. She is drawn to people, enjoys strategic problem-solving to meet big-picture goals, and is experienced in creating and implementing processes and procedures.
Shelby earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Social Work from Minnesota State University, Mankato. Before joining Dakota Family Services, she worked in several different roles: Registered Behavior Technician, Program Manager, Quality Assurance and Training, Operations, and Human Resources.
Outside of work, Shelby can be found chasing her two sons around, baking, cheering for the UND football team, running, or cycling at CycleBar Fargo. She also loves spending free time at the lake with family and friends.
